GXO Logistics - - Responsibilities: Set up and operate a packaging machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines; Troubleshoot machinery breakdowns, clean machine jams and align rolls of bagging materials to minimize downtime; Perform quality assurance checks throughout the day, inspecting for packaging defects, material defects and quality; Document inventory numbers/weights on products and organize packages; provide hourly count reports of production and downtime; Complete general housekeeping duties around the machine, such as sweeping floors and cleaning machine parts
