Role overview:

The Program Specialist plays a key role in implementing and maintaining inventory management systems within healthcare facilities. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects, support system installations, and collaborate closely with team members and healthcare staff. Program Specialists work in teams of 2-6 people to assist with system installation, rack assembly, inventory labeling, process improvement initiatives, and post-installation training.

This position is part of a rotational program designed for long-term career growth. Specialists typically spend 18 months in a given location, supporting healthcare system implementations before rotating to a new project location.

There is significant opportunity for advancement in this role. Program Specialists are expected to grow into a Program Manager position within approximately 9-12 months, which includes a $20,000 salary increase and expanded leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

-Help install and set up inventory systems in healthcare facilities

-Assemble racks, bins, and hardware following company guidelines

-Label and organize inventory bins to ensure supplies are easy to track

-Monitor inventory levels and report when supplies need to be restocked

-Help design room layouts to make the best use of storage space

-Check rack installations to ensure everything is set up correctly

-Use Excel and the companies technology to track inventory and complete reports

Starting Salary: $50,000 - $57,000 annually

Career Growth: Opportunity to advance to Program Manager within 9-12 months, including a $20,000 salary increase

Relocation Support: Partial relocation assistance may be available on a case-by-case basis

Housing Allowance: $20,000 provided when rotating to a new location
