As an Inbound Customer Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound calls from customers, accurately addressing their inquiries and efficiently resolving issues.
  • Providing exceptional service by actively listening and guiding callers to the best solutions.
  • Offering professional support in both English and Spanish as needed.

Requirements for this position:

  • A minimum of one year of consistent inbound call support experience in a customer-facing role within the past two years.
  • Experience in retail support is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A quiet and secure workspace to effectively manage a steady volume of calls.
  • A reliable wired internet connection meeting specified requirements (ping 25 Mbps; upload >10 Mbps; minimum 8GB RAM).
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a background check is required.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Two or more years of experience in a customer-facing call center environment, particularly in online billing, financial services, or technical support.
  • Demonstrated experience with customer service software, CRM systems, or providing support through virtual channels (email, chat, video calls).
