KPMG is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Lead to join our Digital Nexus technology organization, offering a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Marketing Cloud platform initiatives, managing the solution roadmap, implementation, enhancements, release management, and support while collaborating closely with stakeholders and project teams to validate requirements.
• Design scalable Marketing Cloud solutions, leveraging Sales Cloud; write and implement SQL, Marketing Cloud Automations, Salesforce Marketing Cloud AmpScript, SSJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop and manage roundtrip API solutions between Marketing Cloud and third-party applications; ensure optimal use of Cloud Pages and APIs; oversee Data Extension synchronization with Sales Cloud objects.
• Oversee Salesforce Marketing Cloud Automations and Customer Journeys to efficiently populate data into Sales Cloud, coordinating task and event creation as necessary.
• Supervise the Salesforce Marketing Cloud CI/CD pipeline, ensuring alignment across various business units and proper management of integrations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Multi-Org Connector.
• Uphold KPMG's professional standards, exhibiting integrity and respect in all work interactions.

Qualifications:

• At least eight years of recent experience with agile methodologies in Salesforce solution implementations, particularly within Marketing Cloud, with deep insights into Marketing Cloud Pages, microsites, forms, and processing.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred; at minimum, a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong familiarity with SQL and complex data extensions, data views, and relationships in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Extensive knowledge of Marketing Cloud APIs and Data Extensions; proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud AmpScript; capability to utilize coding snippets and other coding aspects effectively.
• Experience with Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) and integration with third-party products related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Query Studio, CVENT, Qualtrics, and others.
• Demonstrated technical leadership capabilities, understanding objectives, and ensuring solutions meet requirements with strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Ability to identify and address challenges, offer solutions, and escalate issues while understanding trade-offs on a platform level with Agile development practices.
