Your Day at Lowe's
As a Merchandising Services Associate, your responsibilities include ensuring accurate signage, pricing, and displays to make merchandise easily accessible for customers. You will create product displays that are visually appealing, safe, clean, and customer-friendly.
Although most of your work will be behind the scenes, there may be opportunities for you to assist customers by answering questions, providing product or warranty information, and helping them locate or handle merchandise.
Key Responsibilities
Execute merchandising resets and service projects following Lowe's standards and provide proof of task completion.
Verify buyback items, ensuring they are prepared and ready for shipping.
Update and validate wayfinding and product location signage within the store and maintain digital accuracy.
Ensure product pricing is clearly visible and replace missing price labels.
Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and ensuring displays are optimally placed throughout the store.
Repair or replace damaged or missing signage, merchandise, and displays.
Effectively communicate project priorities and schedule needs with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
Analyze metrics, offering feedback on project execution and in-store services to leaders at various levels.
Fulfill other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
Strong communication skills and the ability to listen effectively.
Proficiency in using web-based computer programs to complete assigned tasks.
Capability to sit and stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs without assistance, or over 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience on Lowe's sales floor.
Background in product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and managing displays.
Experience operating power equipment like lifts and order pickers.
Working knowledge of essential tools (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws, etc.).

Travel Requirements
This role does not entail regular travel; however, occasional travel may be required for meetings, training, or to support nearby stores.
Working Conditions
Work environments vary by location, and you may work in both indoor and outdoor settings. You may encounter varying climates and weather conditions, including heat, cold, humidity, and wind. Expect exposure to noise and moving equipment as well.
Lifting practices will comply with guidelines limiting single lifts to 75 pounds, with team lifts starting at 75 pounds when necessary. Utilization of powered equipment is encouraged, adhering to proper training protocols.
