Job Title: Wire Assembler

Job Description

Join our team as a Wire Assembler, where you will work on wiring harnesses from start to finish. This role involves collaborating with a small team in all areas of the wire assembly process. You will receive work instructions and will be expected to crimp your own wires. Additional warehouse duties may also be required.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble wiring harnesses from start to finish.

  • Collaborate effectively with a small team.

  • Crimp wires independently following provided work instructions.

  • Engage in additional warehouse duties as necessary.

Essential Skills

  • At least 2 years of wiring experience.

  • Proficiency with crimping tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience building wiring harnesses.

  • Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.

  • Familiarity with identifying different wire gauges.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baton Rouge, LA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
