Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project success.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Obtaining necessary permits and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Hiring and managing Moore self-perform crews, subcontractors, and construction teams.
• Communicating with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Monitoring project progress and adjusting plans as needed.
• Ensuring quality control and adherence to project specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
• PMP or CCM certification is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
