Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions - - Responsibilities: Carefully and safely prepare food according to Chef or Sous Chef direction and as ordered, taking care to portion correctly and present appealingly.; Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion; Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces); Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff; Check pars for shift use, ensuring that correct amounts are pulled for prep and noting items that need replenishment.
