As a Lead Product Operations professional, you will play a vital role in managing the profitability and loss (P&L) for key products. You'll be responsible for:

  • Planning & Execution: Acting as the customers' voice in product development. Collaborate with product teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements and market needs.
  • Collaboration: Establishing strong partnerships with Sales and Account Management to deeply understand key product deliverables and align strategies.
  • Reporting: Developing robust reports to monitor profitability, cost, and operational efficiency, providing insights that drive key decisions.
  • Growth Initiatives: Leading initiatives that enhance business growth, focusing on cost reduction, supplier relationships, and improving client satisfaction.
  • Customer Onboarding: Ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for clients on assigned products, providing training and support from day one.
  • Customer Insights: Offering valuable feedback to management on customer interactions, identifying opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Providing backup support for transaction processing and operational tasks to ensure timely completion of daily work cycles.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in Fleet Management.
  • 5+ years in managing Fuel and Personal use product offerings.
  • 3+ years of experience in team management and operations budget management.
  • The ability to balance managerial duties with hands-on technical execution.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships and communicate effectively.
  • A willingness to travel to meet with fleet customers and dealers.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with platform solutions like PowerBI and Jira.

Additional preferred qualifications include experience in agile project management methodologies and a passion for using data to drive operational excellence.

This position is in the salary grade 8 range, between $96,720 and $162,120.
