The Spine Hospital of Louisiana is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to help maintain the hospital's physical plant and ensure all systems and equipment operate safely and efficiently. This role is essential to supporting high-quality patient care by keeping our facility safe, functional, and compliant.

What We're Looking For
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in maintenance and repair work
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Advanced or technical education related to facilities or maintenance
