AMMON Staffing is hiring Hosts/Hostesses for flexible, shift-based work at event venues and hospitality locations throughout Baton Rouge. You choose the shifts you can work-no long-term commitment required beyond the shifts you accept. $15.00/Hour

This is a great opportunity if you want part-time hours, extra income, or a flexible schedule in hospitality.

Responsibilities
-- Greet guests and provide a professional first impression
-- Manage guest flow, seating, and wait lists
-- Assist with reservations and guest questions
-- Communicate with servers and managers to support smooth service
-- Maintain a clean, organized host stand / entrance area
-- Follow venue policies and hospitality standards

Qualifications
-- Customer service experience preferred (host/hostess experience is a plus)
-- Strong communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor
-- Reliable and punctual; able to work in a fast-paced environment
-- Able to stand/walk for extended periods

Scheduling (How It Works)
-- Shifts vary by location and event schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends).
-- You pick up shifts based on your availability.
-- Once you accept a shift, you're expected to arrive on time and complete the assignment.

Dress Code
-- Dress requirements vary by venue. Many assignments require:
-- Black button-down/blouse
-- Black slacks
-- Black non-slip shoes
-- Final dress code details are provided with each shift confirmation.

Because some assignments may be at casino properties or regulated venues, candidates must be able to pass:
