Position Information

Job Title: Residential Wake-Up Team

Type: Part Time

Salary: $35/hour (1.5 hour shift) ***Up to approx. $4500 per school semester if all available days are worked***

Shift: 6am - 7:30pm Monday - Friday mornings, but may work select mornings

Responsibilities
• Directly supervise 10-14 students grades 7 thru 12 wake-up and complete morning routines in their dorms prior to school beginning ***From 6am - 7:30pm***
• Make sure students wake up on time to have breakfast, get dressed in proper uniform and have time to tidy their dorm rooms prior to the start of school
• Keenly Monitor and track student behavior
• Ensure students are in proper uniform and moving to and from the appropriate locations in the dormitory
• Ensure students have cleared from dorm units and head to class each morning

Qualifications
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge or background in working with teens is preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Enthusiasm and patience for working with middle and high school age students
• Willingness to work hard and with fidelity
• Organized

Accountability: This position is accountable to the Director of Residential Life and the Overnight Administrator
