POSITION SUMMARY: The Entryway Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all our guests and staff. Your presence will be a powerful force for order while creating an atmosphere that guarantees an unforgettable night.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Warmly greeting guests and verifying IDs
• Collecting cover charges with a friendly approach
• Providing a secure environment for patrons and staff
• Restocking bar supplies when needed to ensure smooth operations
• Safeguarding all guests and employees
• Monitoring the venue's perimeter for any safety concerns
• Assessing customer behavior with professionalism and care

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• Availability to work during peak hours, especially Fridays, Saturdays, and special events
• Adherence to high ethical standards and a positive attitude that aligns with our values
• Capability to evaluate potential threats and manage over-intoxicated patrons
• Comfort engaging with diverse individuals
• Ability to handle multiple interactions while remaining calm and composed

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Must be at least 18 years old

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:

• Able to commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week
• Capability to stand or walk for 2-6 hours daily
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs
• Frequent reaching, feeling, bending, stooping, and carrying
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, both indoors and outdoors
• Ability to endure elevated noise levels from music and guest interaction
• Work environment may include exposure to food, beverages, cleaning agents, sharp objects, and slippery surfaces
