Position Type: Part-Time
Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Wage Increases: Year 2 - $17.50 | Year 3 - $18.00 | Year 4 - $18.00 | Year 5 - $19.00

Duties and Responsibilities: Perform tasks effectively, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Collaborate with team members and provide relevant information to your direct leader.
Maintain the security and confidentiality of documents and data within your area.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Cashier Responsibilities:

Handle customer transactions, keep the store clean, and ensure shelves and displays are well-stocked.
Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.

Stock Associate Responsibilities:

Efficiently stock shelves and rotate products for freshness.
Follow merchandising plans for optimal display presentation.
Organize new shipments and manage packaging waste.
Safely operate machinery adhering to all safety protocols.

Physical Demands:

Position requires regular sitting, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and walking throughout the store.
Stock Associates must be able to lift products, up to 45 pounds, and place them at various heights.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
Strong communication abilities and capability to understand company policies and procedures.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
Effective time management skills and product knowledge.

Cashier: Proficient and accurate operation of cash register.
Stock Associate: Safe and proper operation of equipment, including electric/manual hand jacks, floor scrubbers, and cardboard balers.
Morning availability required for Stock Associates, with shifts starting as early as 5:00 a.m.

Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with prior retail experience or related education.
