Location: Baton Rouge, LA
Evaluation Hire Opportunity
$14/hr | Monday-Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries. You will respond to requests via phone, fax, and email regarding:

• Price quotes
• Discounts
• Parts availability
• Order status

You'll work closely with customers and internal sales teams to ensure accurate processing of orders and quotations.
Core Responsibilities

• Professionally interact with customers and internal departments
• Respond to phone, fax, and email inquiries
• Gather and relay basic product and parts information
• Maintain accurate documentation of orders and quotes
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Self starter and self driven
• Professional, positive, and diplomatic approach when working with customers
• Willingness to learn and retain product knowledge
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work overtime when required
