Summary:

Were hiring a friendly,customer-focused Tanning Consultant to join our Sunshine Squad!
Base pay starts at $10.50/hr, with monthly bonuses of 515% based on your individual sales performance.

In January, our team members earned between $11.22$18.47/hr total pay, including bonuses. (Busy season earnings? Even better. This was just January.)
This is a part-time role (1830 hours/week) with opportunities to grow quickly into higher-earning roles, including spray tan training, promotions, and tips within 90 days of completing training.

Were actively hiring for Monday + Friday nights and weekend availability.

What You'll Do:

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, confidence-boosting experience
• Recommend tanning, skincare, and spa services based on the guest's needs
• Learn to operate UV equipment and spray tan systems (we provide paid training)
• Assist with salon cleanliness and retail displays
• Work as a team to create consistent, elevated service

Compensation & Perks:

Typical Schedule:

• Weekdays: 8:30a3p or 2p9:30p
• Saturday: 8:30a5:30p
• Sunday: 9:30a5:30p

We especially need support for Monday and Friday evenings, and flexible weekend coverage.
