As a Pizza Craftsperson, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and preparing delicious pizzas that meet our high standards. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining Quality: Ensure food preparation methods, portioning, and presentation align with Lit's standards.
• Customer Satisfaction: Strive to achieve customer satisfaction by expertly preparing food as ordered.
• Cleanliness: Keep food lines, dining areas, patios, and restrooms clean and welcoming at all times.
• Food Safety: Monitor and execute food handling and storage practices to uphold food safety standards.
• Exceptional Service: Deliver outstanding customer service that reflects the values of our restaurant.
• Preparation: Utilize opening, closing, and layover checklists to set the restaurant up for success.
• Restocking: Regularly restock necessary items to keep operations running smoothly.
• Taking Orders: Skillfully handle phone orders as needed.
• Transaction Management: Complete transactions on the POS system when required.
• Maintenance: Bus, clean, and sanitize tables to ensure a tidy dining experience.
• Waste Management: Take out trash regularly to keep the environment clean.
• Work Area Sanitization: Clean and sanitize your work area, equipment, and floors as part of your daily routine.
• Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as assigned based on the needs of the restaurant and company.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and work with sharp tools and hot equipment.
• Certification: Complete and certify in a state or local government-approved alcohol server training program.
