Our technicians benefit from 8-10 weeks of paid training, complemented by constant education through our plumbing school. You will earn as you learn while providing essential sewer and drain services to residential and commercial clients.

This role operates on a commission structure with a guaranteed minimum hourly wage, resulting in an average annual income ranging between $75,000 and $150,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize skills to diagnose and provide solutions for plumbing and drain issues.
• Assess service calls by diagnosing problems and providing cost estimates to facilitate the sale.
• Carry out necessary repairs for clients.
• Record estimates and invoices both in writing and on a company-provided iPad.
• Collect payments and prepare for the next service call.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• A mechanical aptitude is beneficial, although prior plumbing experience is not mandatory.
