Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

About the Role:
Do you enjoy being part of a fun and active environment? We're looking for an enthusiastic Pickleball Front Desk Associate to join our dynamic team! As a Pickleballer, you will oversee the daily pickleball court assignments and scheduling while assisting players with basic pickleball needs.
Responsibilities:

• Check-in guests/players
• Offer guidance and encouragement to players in a fun and safe environment
• Promote sportsmanship, inclusivity, and a love of the game
• Support court setup, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness
• Collaborate with staff on programming, marketing, and community outreach
• Manage daily inquiries regarding lessons, clinics, court assignments

• Organized, Tech-savvy, assertive, intelligent, and self-motivated
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player
