Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Zone Directors to create targeted calling strategies for optimized territory coverage and sales.
  • Identify and engage new customers in health systems, hospitals, and outpatient markets to promote equipment and service contracts.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore cross-selling opportunities.
  • Implement tailored selling strategies with individual health systems, hospitals, imaging centers, IDNs, GPOs, and others.
  • Generate quotes for new equipment and option sales, collaborating closely with Sales Operations.
  • Partner with Product Specialists to deliver compelling product demonstrations and clinical presentations.
  • Work with the Marketing Department to create comprehensive business plans and market assessments.
  • Continuously enhance your product knowledge and technical skills related to Fujifilm's offerings.
  • Provide timely feedback on competitors, pricing, and market trends.
  • Accurately report all account contacts and activities in the Salesforce/CRM system.
  • Assist in the collection process for accounts receivable and the renewal of service contracts.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and participate in trade shows and conventions to expand your network.
  • Adhere to all FDA regulations and ISO standards relevant to medical devices.
  • Comply with all vendor credentialing requirements necessary for access to healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years in a sales role, preferably in medical equipment or related fields.

Educational Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communication, Life Sciences, or a related field is required.

Special Skills:

  • Willingness to travel extensively within your designated territory.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proven sales skills and an ability to overcome customer obstacles.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with all levels of healthcare professionals.
  • Experience in building long-term business relationships through effective listening and support.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, organize work, and collaborate with team members effectively.
  • A strong desire to achieve success and foster teamwork.
  • Experience with Salesforce and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements:

  • Comfortable in standard office and clinical environments.
  • Ability to sit, talk, and hear frequently; manual dexterity for using electronic devices.
  • Occasionally required to lift objects up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to use personal, public, and air transportation as necessary.

Travel:

  • Willingness to travel frequently within the Texas region as business needs dictate.
  • This role requires complete territory coverage throughout Texas.
