Position Summary:

As a Shift Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading the team during scheduled shifts, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness. You'll assist with daily operations, motivate crew members, and handle any customer or operational issues that arise. This role is perfect for someone with leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage front and back-of-house staff during shifts
• Open and/or close the restaurant following proper procedures
• Ensure all customers receive fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and speed of service
• Handle customer complaints or issues calmly and professionally
• Train and coach team members on performance, procedures, and standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for staff and guests
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as shift reports and cash handling
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and manage a team under pressure
• Dependable, punctual, and hands-on work ethic
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
