Key Requirements:
- Must have recruiting experience, preferably experience recruiting for blue and white collar jobs such as plumbing, electrical, cement finishing, heavy equipment operating, mechanics, project management, estimating, etc.
- Experience working with computers using Google products
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Must be okay with after-hours weekly on-call rotations
- Must be willing to commute daily to Baton Rouge
- Must be okay with a background check and drug screen
Shifts:
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Duration:
- Temporary to Permanent
