Position Information

Responsibilities

• Watch cameras to ensure no students are out of place and/or violating school policies
• Make rounds on school campus to ensure safety and security of students and staff
• Make rounds of school dormitories to conduct student counts
• Communicate with residential team on any issues or concerns
• Create reports on any security related issues
• Builds a positive relationship with students and staff
• Be a positive role model for students
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge or background in working with at-risk children and youth
• Strong communication skills
• Enthusiasm and patience for working with middle and high school age students
• Willingness to work hard and with fidelity
• Organized
• Attention to rules and details
