Position: Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

We invite you to be part of our dynamic team of Merchandisers and Order Writers! Help fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through effective communication, relationship building, and by keeping store shelves stocked. Become an ambassador for our renowned brands, including Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

• Represent Mondel z in-store and collaborate with sales representatives to enhance product visibility and develop promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits following Mondel z' DSD Merchandising Steps, ensuring to document display placements with photos.
• Utilize an iPad to order products for shelves and displays, ensuring stock availability.
• Maintain the presence of leading Nabisco brands by adhering to Mondel z' guidelines for stocking and presentation.
• Communicate any issues regarding negotiated plans with store managers to the Mondel z management team.
• Follow a daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for optimal in-store service.
• Promote seasonal sales and assist with the launch of new products.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondel z in stores.

Who We're Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Seeking candidates with a positive, professional attitude who are self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to travel to various store locations using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement available).
• Must be capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, with occasional tasks involving over 50 lbs.
• Prior retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Must reside within a 25-35 mile radius of our primary location in Winter Garden, FL.
• Availability required on Tuesday through Saturday.

Compensation and Benefits:
