What You'll Do:

As a Housekeeper, you'll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our multifamily or student housing apartment community. Your efforts will create a welcoming and comfortable environment for residents and guests. This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Property Manager.

What You'll Own:

• Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces such as ceiling vents and restrooms.
• Perform and document routine inspections and maintenance activities to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Take on heavy-duty cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned.
• Communicate with management regarding recurring deficiencies or areas needing repair.
• Manage supply rooms by organizing, stocking, and ensuring readiness for use.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with other duties as directed by management.

What You'll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required-we'll provide training to help you succeed.
• Basic English communication skills to follow instructions and report issues.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
