Pay & Schedule
- Paid on a per-day rate
- Daily rate applies regardless of route length
- Paid weekly every Friday via ADP Payroll
- Direct deposit or paper check available
- Routes operate Monday-Saturday
- Drivers must be available to work between 7:30 AM and 7:00 PM on scheduled workdays
- Predictable daily pay

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- No CDL required
- Must consent to:
- Background check
- 5-panel urine drug test
- Must be proficient in English
- Able to lift up to 49 lbs and handle heavier packages (up to 150 lbs) using a dolly
- Comfortable driving long hours and on two-lane rural highways
- Passionate about driving, safety, and customer service
- FedEx Ground delivery experience is a plus
- Saturday and/or Sunday availability is a plus
