We are seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Warehouse, Shipping & Receiving Team Member to join our team at a manufacturing facility in Baton Rouge, LA. This is a vital, fast-paced, and multi-tasking role that directly impacts customer satisfaction and company performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing materials accurately and professionally, working with inventory, processing shipments, responding to urgent customer needs, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials
• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time
• Organize and retrieve stock within the warehouse
• Respond to after-hours customer calls for urgent material needs
• Document, pull, and package materials for after-hours pickup
• Deliver materials when needed (in the absence of a designated driver)

• Unload and check in incoming products
• Verify received items match purchase orders (part numbers and quantities)
• Sort and place items in appropriate bin locations
• Pull materials according to picking tickets and package shipments to standard
• Prepare and attach packing slips and proper shipment labeling
• Maintain accurate documentation for incoming/outgoing orders
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and support inventory accuracy
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Always wear and properly maintain required PPE
