We are looking for an experienced, professional line cook/expeditor to prepare food to Mike Anderson's exact specifications, set up stations for shifts, and assemble and package orders for service. Line cook duties will consist of assisting with their daily tasks. A great team member will play a key role in living true to our vision (noted above). An Expeditor is expected to familiar with the entire menu and how it is made, and is directly responsible for assembling, garnishing, selling, and controlling the flow of orders in and out of the kitchen.
