As a Guest Experience Coordinator, your role is essential in creating memorable moments for our guests. Here are your key responsibilities:

• Welcome every guest with a genuine smile.
• Provide accurate wait time estimates and manage reservations efficiently.
• Ensure a special experience for each guest by paying attention to their needs.
• Guide guests to their table while ensuring a comfortable and seamless transition.
• Offer a warm farewell and encourage guests to return.
• Prioritize the team and guests in every decision you make.

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following physical job requirements:

• Must be of minimum age and authorized to work in the country.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely.
• Capable of moving throughout the restaurant and standing for 8 to 12-hour shifts.
• Team-oriented with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to multi-task.
