LOCATION: Remote (San Jose, Seattle, Los Angeles, Denver, Lehi, Austin, New York City preferred)
PAY RANGE: $48 - $58/hr.
DURATION: 5 months

About the Role:
We are seeking a Demand Generation Program Manager to support the Digital Journey Strategy team during a critical period of growth and evolution within the enterprise marketing organization. This role is designed to provide operational, coordination, and reporting support to Journey Strategy Managers as they deliver connected, customer-centric B2B campaigns across digital channels.

You will complement and extend the work of our team by managing key operational and coordination activities that enable journeys to scale effectively. Through campaign orchestration, cross-team handoffs, and reporting, this role ensures consistency, coordination, and visibility-allowing senior team members to stay focused on strategic priorities while the business runs smoothly.

What You'll Do:
Journey Execution & Operational Support
  • Partner with Journey Strategy Managers to operationalize approved journey plans, supporting timeline management, task coordination, and execution readiness across teams.
  • Support the maintenance of journey templates, intake documentation, and operational workflows.
  • Step in to manage defined components of digital campaigns as needed.
Cross-Channel Coordination & Handoffs
  • Coordinate with paid media, email, web, content, and webinar teams to ensure campaign deliverables are aligned and progressing on schedule.
  • Track requirements, dependencies, and activation milestones; proactively surface risks or blockers.
  • Manage day-to-day communications and handoffs between teams.
Content & Campaign Orchestration
  • Support internal content operations, including:
    • Managing content and offer tracking schemas
    • Creating and managing offer codes
    • Shepherding assets through upload and QA processes
    • Tracking down missing assets or metadata
  • Ensure assets and activation plans adhere to journey guardrails and campaign requirements.
Reporting, Data & Insights Support
  • Support Journey Strategy Managers throughout our quarterly reporting cycles with clean and consistent templates to summarize campaign and journey performance.
  • Coordinate data pulls and reporting deliverables with analytics team.
  • Support Journey Strategy Managers by synthesizing data into clear, concise narratives.
Weekly "Run the Business" Operations
  • Support weekly team rhythms including campaign meetings and status updates, reporting cycles, and cross-team coordination.
  • Maintain operational artifacts such as trackers, calendars, dashboards, and documentation.
  • Provide consistent visibility into progress, risks, and upcoming needs.
Process Documentation & Improvement
  • Document operational workflows, playbooks, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce friction, and streamline coordination.

  • Campaigns run smoothly with strong coordination and minimal executional friction.
  • Journey Strategy Managers are able to stay focused on strategy due to reliable operational support.
  • Deliverables, content, and handoffs are well-organized, documented, and on time.
  • Reporting is consistent, clear, and dependable.
  • Operational processes are maintained and improved during the contract period.

What We're Looking For:
  • 3-6 years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, campaign management, marketing operations, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of multichannel digital marketing (email, paid media, content, web, webinars).
  • Excellent project management, organization, and documentation skills - especially in spreadsheets and presentation software.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Ability to organize data and information into clear, executive summaries.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable operating in a support and execution-focused role.

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate or annual salary only, unless otherwise stated.
