A national medical distributor has a need for a Contracts Specialist for a 6 month assignment. The organization is implementing the Contract Management software LinkSquares and needs someone to help review existing contracts and get them into LinkSquares. Work is 100% remote. Candidates must be in the continental US. Candidates must work 8 hours/day. Core hours are 9 am - 3 pm CT. Position requires experience working with LinkSquares. Pay is $41.53. Position includes benefits (health, dental and vision insurance; 401K; etc).

Responsibilities

1. Review executed rental agreements and compare with iQuest/PowerBI to determine which contracts are still active. Then organize these contracts for LinkSquares.

2. Organize and consolidate legacy buyout contracts to put into LinkSquares.

3. Assist with cleaning up legacy contracts inside of LinkSquares including adding tagging, linking contracts, and linking attachments.
