Palmer Group has partnered with a Des Moines-based company in their search for an experienced OKTA Infrastructure and Identity Systems Engineer with significant technical knowledge in OKTA, printer administration, and OKTA Advanced Server Access (ASA). This position will oversee enterprise-wide installations, upgrades, and updates, while maintaining strong security measures in the OKTA environment. Apply today to be considered!
Work model:
- Open to on-site, hybrid, or remote
- Oversee printer administration and management throughout the organization
- Oversee Secure Doc functionality and Fairfax systems
- Perform installations, system upgrades, and updates for the company infrastructure
- Establish and maintain advanced system security techniques and strategies
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation critical for ongoing operations and system rewrites
- Partner with cross-functional teams effectively to facilitate seamless communication and workflow
- Offer on-call support as needed for weekend and nightly troubleshooting, upgrades, and patching
- Learn and adapt to new processes, systems, and business operations independently
- 8+ years of experience in the following:
- Printer management and administration
- Core processes for system management
- Secure Doc administration
- Advanced system security techniques and strategies
- Fairfax system management
- Data representation, file structure, and information management
- Completing assigned tasks with precision and compliance with quality standards
- High level of motivation and skill
- Ability to excel in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while working autonomously
