As an Adoption Manager, you will collaborate with internal and external client stakeholders to execute adoption and efficiency plans to achieve client goals. You will manage and direct project scope, while identifying risk areas and proposing resolution strategies to leadership. In addition, you will localize the client adoption plan by sharing best practices and leveraging behavior change techniques and adult learning principles. You will function as an integral part of the Adoption community; mentoring and educating other associates on adoption strategy and ensuring best practices are being observed and rolled out across engagements. At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Master's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 2 years of project management work experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute (PMI)
Analyze user experience and other client outcomes data, and incorporate organizational change techniques and adult learning principles to develop client adoption plans
Consult with internal and external client stakeholders to propose and execute adoption strategies to achieve client objectives
Build and strengthen relationships with client executives and leaders to promote a positive caregiver experience
Oversee and deliver overall project scope and manage financials and other project operations for one or more client engagements
Proactively identify and troubleshoot project issues and risks, propose resolution strategies, and escalate as appropriate
Direct, and enable adoption associates responsible for client deliverables by helping to remove or overcome client resistance or other barriers
Propose new approaches to create and deliver onboarding and continuous education plans for assigned products and offerings for internal, third party, or client resources delivering adoption support
Propose options and educate clients on available analytics tools and adoption best practices
Provide analysis and reporting to internal and external client stakeholders on progress, key performance indicators, and value achieved
Train associates within the analytics and adoption community; share suggestions for improvements to processes and best practices with leaders
Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal clearance (US Citizen)
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
Perform other responsibilities as assigned

US: Hiring Range in USD from $27.07 to $54.13 per hour; from: $56,300 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
