Temp-to-Hire position

Schedule: 5 days/week, weekends required

Mon-Sat: 10:30 AM - 8:30 PM

Sun: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Pay: $15-$17/hr (DOE)

Position Overview

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations and ensuring the store runs efficiently. This is a working management position-our management team is expected to lead by example and outwork the team they supervise. The Assistant Manager serves as a key link between frontline staff and senior leadership while maintaining high standards of customer service, productivity, and accountability.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and staff
• Handle escalated customer issues
• Train, supervise, and support employees
• Manage inventory and supplies
• Enforce company policies
• Fill in for Store Manager as needed

Dress Code: Black pants, black shoes, company shirt

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED

Retail experience required

Cashier experience required

Strong leadership and communication skills

Clear background check and drug screen
