Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM 7 AM).
• Balance the books and finalize transactions own the Night Audit.
• Conduct regular security walks to keep the property safe and sound.
• Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to give management insight.
• Collaborate with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top?notch.
• Use Windows, spreadsheets, and Word docs solve problems solo.

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
