Architect - Data Center & Mission Critical Facilities (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our Data Centers and Mission-Critical Facilities team. In this role, you will contribute to engineering, design, and construction projects that support high-performance data centers across the U.S. You'll collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams and clients to deliver complex, high-quality architectural solutions that meet critical performance, schedule, and technical requirements.

This role is hybrid and can be performed from any U.S. office location within the organization (in-office presence ~2 days per week). Occasional travel to client sites may be required.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to architectural design for data centers and other mission-critical facilities.
• Develop and review layout, technical design, construction drawings, specifications, and 3D models.
• Work closely with engineering and construction teams to ensure coordinated project execution.
• Participate in project meetings and collaborate to resolve design challenges across disciplines.
• Conduct and support quality reviews, field walks, and construction phase activities.
• Support proposal, budgeting, and scheduling efforts.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Active Professional Architectural License (ability to obtain additional state registrations as needed).
• 8+ years of architectural design experience.
• Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and experience applying them to industrial or large-scale facilities.
• Experience managing scopes of work, budgets, and schedule expectations.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to lead small architectural project teams.
