Reports to: Branch Manager or Account Manager

Job Summary:

This role is essential for the protection and security of assets, personnel, customers, and visitors. Under the guidance of the Account Manager or Branch Manager, you will play a vital part in ensuring a safe environment at assigned sites.

Job Duties:

  • Safeguard the interests of the client and protect the lives and property of employees and visitors.
  • Observe and report any signs of crime or disorder; investigate disturbances as needed.
  • Prepare detailed reports on a daily basis and submit them to the appropriate contacts.
  • Conduct patrols according to specific post orders.
  • Manage and control access to the property as mandated by post orders.
  • Notify the proper authorities in emergencies, following post order guidelines.
  • Report any violations of company policies and local or federal laws as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Must be comfortable standing for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work longer hours when required.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on client needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to maintain a safe environment for all personnel and visitors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for dealing tactfully with the public.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Graduate or GED.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Clean criminal background check.
  • Ability to obtain state-required licensing.
  • Physical capability to perform job duties, including standing and walking for long periods.
  • Must be physically fit; able to lift, push, or carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
