Experience Required: 8+ years (Minimum 2-3 years as a Technical Lead)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a technically strong Technical Lead to guide the development team and manage end-to-end delivery for Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Insights). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in secure networks, Azure integration, and Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development of Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Insights)
  • Establish coding standards and mentor junior team members
  • Manage sprints and technical deliverables
  • Design scalable and secure CRM components
  • Implement V3 secure network protocols
  • Utilize Azure services for deployment and operations
Required Skills:
  • 6-8+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM (at least 2 years as a Technical Lead)
  • Expertise in Customer Insights, Power Platform, C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Hands-on with Azure Functions, DevOps, and application security
  • CI/CD pipelines, version control, and team collaboration tools
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect
  • Agile/Scrum experience
  • Experience with enterprise CRM deployments
