Now Hiring: Sr. SAP FICO Business Analyst
Location: MA (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite)- will consider people who will relocate AND will consider a solid cand remote on east coast
Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Salary: $135K - 150K base + bonus + equity
Industry: Life Sciences
Join a growing and fast-paced Life Sciences company as a Sr. SAP FICO Analyst - supporting a complex SAP S/4HANA environment post-implementation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance and IT, can drive continuous improvement, and is comfortable owning process enhancements in a regulated industry.
What You'll Do:
- Drive functional support and improvements across SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CO, VIM, SAC, etc.)
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Work across modules (MM, SD, PP) to ensure seamless integration
- Lead documentation, testing, and training initiatives
- Act as the primary liaison between the business and SAP technical teams
- 10+ years SAP FICO experience (full lifecycle + support)
- Deep S/4HANA knowledge - especially around Finance & Controlling
- experience with Vender invoice management
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Regulated industry experience (SOX, GAAP, Life Sciences, etc.)
- Bonus: familiarity with SAC, Group Reporting, and pharma/biotech environments
- Hybrid role (must be able to be onsite 2-3 days/week)
- No formal relocation, but sign-on bonus may be considered for non-local hires
