Job Title: Release Manager

Location: Dayton, OH(Remote)

Job Description:
§ Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience as an IT professional is required

§ Minimum of 10 years of experience with the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile Methodologies

§ Minimum of 10 years of experience with Release Management Methodologies is required

§ Experience with Automation is preferred

§ Experience in the healthcare payer industry and knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare is preferred Competencies, Knowledge and Skills:

§ Solid understanding of Release Management practices, techniques and tools, development lifecycle within Agile framework

§ Solid understanding of Release pipelines and automation best practices

§ Ability to lead, plan and track all phases of the release lifecycle and interact with all levels

§ Ability to quickly identify and drive to the optimal solution when presented with a series of constraints

§ Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills

§ Excellent planning, negotiating, and influencing skillset
