We are conducting a search for a Legal Biller with 5+ years of legal billing experience.

What You'll Do:

Duties include, but are not limited to, generate, print and distribute prebills to assigned partners each month, follow up with partners to ensure pre-bills are returned by the deadline, perform narrative edits, time/cost adjustments and write-offs (in accordance with firm's policies and procedures), ensure bills meet agreed client guidelines, generate final invoices and send to clients.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience with split and/or multipayor billing a plus.
• Must have the ability to respond to billing, payment, accounts receivable and other routine inquiries, and generate system reports as necessary.
• Candidate must be detail oriented, possess excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Candidate must be self-driven, capable of critical and analytical thinking, solution and detail oriented, possesses excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work both independently, with minimal supervision, and/or in a team environment.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, emphasis in Excel.
• Elite 3E experience a plus but not required.
