Description:
- Configure, test and deploy marketing automation campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Build out customer lifecycle journeys and email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud including automated and triggered campaigns.
- Monitor technical performance of assets and test/troubleshoot.
- Provide product and subject matter expertise to internal client teams.
- Estimate effort required to implement proposed solutions.
- Build and maintain solution related documentation.
- enterprise technology experience is recommended.
- Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification
- Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification
- Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud development experience
- Equivalent experience may be substituted for education.
- JavaScript and SSJS experience as related to Cloud Page development
- Eager to learn new applications and technologies
- Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification
- Marketing Cloud Developer Certification
