• 5+ years of applicable experience in Finance, Accounting or other related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• MBA or CFA preferred
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in the tech manufacturing industry
• Solid analytical and quantitative skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Thrive in a cross-functional team environment
• Experience with ERP and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Previous involvement in budgeting, forecasting, or strategic planning
