- Base: $1,360 USD ($675 biweekly)
- Commissions: ~$200 USD/month (performance-based)

Responsibilities:
- Take inbound sales calls from potential customers and close deals
- Follow up on quotes and past leads to secure bookings
- Schedule and coordinate cleaning appointments between clients and cleaners
- Manage booking systems and handle last-minute scheduling changes
- Conduct some outbound cold calls to potential commercial clients for walkthrough appointments
- Maintain customer records and follow up via email, phone, and CRM
- Excellent spoken English (must sound natural on calls)
- Sales experience with proven ability to close deals over the phone
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and personable tone
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage schedules and follow up consistently
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Fluent in Spanish
