**Please note: This role requires an individual who resides in the Chicago, IL area but is willing to travel regularly throughout our Plant Territory.

Essential Functions:

• Coordinate measure appointments
• Communicate and gather required information from the Minneapolis Regional Sales Representatives
• Schedule the measure with the provided contact
• Prepare all required paperwork, tools and transportation
• Coordinate field issue appointments:
• Gather required information from sales and Engineering on best way to fix field issue
• Schedule with the provided contact
• Prepare all required paperwork, tools and transportation
• Perform field support requirements
• Photographing the RTU in question
• Capturing all required dimensions
• Note any obstructions, special features, etc.
• Document what issue was with pictures and description uploaded to the MER.
• Document measure and field issues details:
• Create a drawing using the captured dimensions
• Upload drawing, photographs and other details to the appropriate job tracker
• Inform the Inside Sales Account Manager that the measure has been completed.
• Phone and computer work to coordinate and document measures and field work.

**This role requires the ability to travel regularly as this individual will be traveling to job sites both locally and within our region

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

Must be able to load, unload and handle a 65 lb. extension ladder

Must be able to read a tape measure with precision and accuracy

Must be able to carry a 30 lb. tool bag

Must be able to talk with customers and coordinate what is needed to fix the issue

Salary Description

$20-$30 per hour
