Project Overview:
*** is partnering with NextDecade to support their vision to provide the world access to lower carbon intensive energy with their Rio Grande Client (RGLNG) project in Brownsville, Texas.
RGLNG is a natural gas liquefaction and export terminal situated on a 984-acre siteon the banks of the Brownsville ship channel. The first phase of the RGLNG project consists of three liquefaction trains, two storage tanks and one marine berth. At full capacity, the five-train facility will have a production capacity of 27 million tonnes per annum (MTPA).

Job Summary:
As part of the System Turnover team, members interface with other teams across the project, to drive System completion per the established schedule. Analyzing System readiness, tracking restraints and open items and identifying potential roadblocks or pitfalls. Proactively considers continuous learning, developing firm understanding of system and area scoping and drawings while embracing zero accident and zero rework philosophies. The team provides a pivotal interface between other team members and requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Major Responsibilities:
• Track pending issues and actions impacting system turnover.
• Coordinate system walkdowns.
• Impress upon Construction, Field Engineering and Pre-Commissioning the sense of urgency for meeting commitments.
• Review field generated inspection records for quality and completeness.
• Log field generated inspection records into completions management software for tracking and reporting.
• Utilize multiple databases and BSAPs for reviewing and checking dossiers including Teamworks, Setroute and Aconex.
• Maintain and administrate Completions tracking databases.
• Prepare and complete quality documents and data audits.
• Support the implementation of the records retention and turnover plans.
• Manage installation work packages and test packages.
• Update Teamworks database.
• Perform / assist with other general administrative or clerical duties as assigned.
• Coordinate and track open punchlist items.
• Proactively consider continuous learning or show interest in pursuing learning activities.
• Develops firm understanding of work packaging, test packaging, and system and area scoping and drawings required for package development.
• Support development and provide operational training to other team members as required.

Education and Experience Requirements:
• Requires a University Hire with 1-2 years of experience or 3-5 years of relevant work experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Experience on an Client construction site especially along the U.S. Gulf Coast preferred.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications.
• Some understanding of and experience with Smart Completions and Unifier is preferred.
