Location : Remote (Salem , OR )
Duration : 8 Months Contract

Responsible for analyzing and designing solutions to networking issues, providing technical support to other departments, as well as troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving issues with both hardware and software. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 9 years or equivalent experience in a related area. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and technologies in the field. A certain degree of creativity is required.

The purpose of this request is to procure a Developer for ODOT Field Operations Services Information Systems team. The primary tasks the contractor shall perform are:

  • Upgrade .NET Framework Web Applications to .NET Core
  • Upgrade .NET Core Web Applications to the latest released version
  • Create Azure DevOps Build and Deploy Pipelines
  • Conduct unit testing and defect remediation
  • Provide estimate hours and target completion milestone dates
  • Manage multiple task assignments concurrently and execute work in order of priority
Provide written progress reports containing tasks and hours performed during report period, tasks and hours planned for next report period, and issues.
