Job Title: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer
Location: Tysons Corner, VA (Hybrid/Remote)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Summary
The AEM Developer supports an enterprise digital content platform by designing and implementing scalable, reusable content and experience solutions. This role enables consistent digital content delivery across multiple applications and channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Build reusable components, templates, and workflows.
• Integrate AEM with backend systems, APIs, and enterprise services.
• Support content lifecycle management, publishing, and governance.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, accessibility, and performance requirements.
• Collaborate with UX, content, and development teams to deliver consistent digital experiences.
• Support configuration and deployment of AEM in enterprise environments.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance.
• Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience developing solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Strong experience with Java, OSGi, Sling, and AEM component development.
• Experience integrating AEM with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Familiarity with content workflows and digital asset management.
• Experience supporting large-scale or regulated digital platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting federal or public-sector digital systems.
• Knowledge of Section 508 / accessibility standards.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
