Location: Solon, OH. Hybrid (Remote Mon/Thurs/Fri | In-office Tues/Wed + As Needed) - Onsite Training for 2 Weeks
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20-$23/hour (Based on experience)

Position Overview
A leading company in the flooring and surfaces industry is seeking a Customer Care Representative with strong B2B experience, order or account management skills, and excellent computer proficiency-including SAP and Excel. This is a 90-day temporary position with the potential for extension or hire, depending on performance and business need.
Key Responsibilities
