The growth marketing team develops cohesive initiatives to generate demand for API Security,emphasizing the customer journey and showcasing Akamai's brand.

Partner with the best

In this role, you will assist North America and EMEA API Security Field Growth Marketing teams with planning and executing marketing programs. Responsibilities include managing campaigns, webinars, events, and initiatives to acquire customers, build pipeline, and enhance Akamai's presence in the API Security market. Collaboration with marketing, sales, and partner teams ensures seamless execution, effective lead management, and measurable outcomes.

As a Growth Marketing API Security Co-op, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting our growth marketing team with the setup and execution of strategic marketing programs and events
• Supporting coordination of pre- and post-campaign programming, lead management, and maintenance
• Coordinating and maintaining project trackers, calendars, and campaign documentation to support cross-functional alignment.
• Contributing to brainstorming new NA and EMEA field tactics aligned to goals.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be studying in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or another related field and graduating by May 2027
• Demonstrate exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills and have the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Have an advanced English level
• Have prior experience with event planning and logistics
• Have team organization skills, ensuring best practices in cross-functional global teams
• Initiate tasks independently while thriving in a dynamic and ever-changing work environment.
